Can I cancel or return my order?
It would be missing more! You can cancel it, as long as it has not left our facilities, or return it once you have received it within the next 14 days. You would have to send us an email to info@biciescapa.com so we can process it for you.
Can I choose a time slot for delivery or have them call me before?
While you place your order, you have a section for observations of this type. We will send your requests to the carrier, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
Can I modify the invoice details?
Of course. While making the purchase, you can fill out the billing information fields and select the ones you want, other than the shipping information. If you have already placed your order, you must contact us at info@biciescapa.com or at 93 727 58 97 so that we can modify it for you.
Can I return a product that I have used?
No, if it has been used you cannot return it.
Can I split the payment or part of it?
Of course! You can finance the part you want. If you want to finance the entirety, you just have to follow the steps when choosing Cetelem. If, on the other hand, it is only a part, you should contact our specialists at info@biciescapa.com or at 93 727 58 97 to process it for you
Can items be added to an order already placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not left our facilities.
Can you refund the VAT?
Yes, there are two formats. If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra and buy online with home delivery, you will pay directly without VAT. If you are a foreigner, we can process your VAT refund with the Travel Tax Free company.
Do the products have a guarantee?
Yes, all products are covered by the legal guarantee offered by the manufacturer. You have all the information about guarantees here.
Do you make returns?
Of course.
The most important thing at Biciescapa is that customers are comfortable. That is why you have up to 14 days to return a product purchased through our website.

We ship throughout Spain, Portugal, Andorra, France, Italy, Germany, Ceuta and Melilla. For other destinations you should consult us about the conditions for said destination

How to make a return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of up to 15 business days to notify us of its return through the following email info @biciescapa.com. From this date of communication, you will have a maximum of 15 business days to send the order to our facilities in optimal conditions (according to articles 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, by which The consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.).
To make the return you must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. Shipping the return to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is minimally used, we do not accept the return.
It is very important that you return the products to us perfectly packed. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all of the above conditions are met, Bicicescapa.com will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made:
a. If you made the payment via credit card or Paypal, the amount will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account.
b. If you paid by cash on delivery or by transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount (you will have to send it to us at info@biciescapa.com ).
c. If you made the payment by cetelem, we will proceed with the cancellation.

Is the bicycle I bought online delivered assembled?
The bicycles are delivered adjusted and practically assembled, you will only have to assemble the handlebars, pedals and saddle. We have a video that explains it step by step, and if you have any questions, let us know! Watch the video

When will I recive my order?
You can know the delivery or collection date of a product by looking at the product file of each one. Once you have purchased it, you can track it through your profile.
