How does the renewal plan work at Biciescapa?
The invoice for the purchase of the Bicycle will always be necessary.
Bicycle Rating
We will value the price of your bicycle in its current condition. Without any type of commitment.
Acceptance Rating
If you accept the valuation of the bicycle, and once its condition has been verified, a credit will be made to the purchase invoice of the new bicycle for the valued amount.
How can I start the Renove Plan process?
We have several points of sale where you can process the renewal plan:
In our physical stores
If you stop by our stores and bring us your bicycle, we will be able to carry out an appraisal and give you a fixed price for the purchase of any other model, in less than 24 hours.
Conditions of the Renove Plan
- * Children's bicycles or bicycles with 26" wheels are not accepted.
- * Once we receive all this information, we will carry out an approximate appraisal and the client will have to send the bicycle to our facilities (assuming shipping costs):
- * Make a declaration with your full name, contact information and ID, make, model and registration of the bicycle transferred in storage, certifying that the bicycle is your legitimate property and that you know and accept the bases of this promotion
- * If the bicycle does not meet the conditions described in the data previously sent, you must arrange to pick it up again at our facilities (with a maximum period of 7 days).
- * Once the bicycle has been inspected, we will tell you an exact price, and you can pay the difference to buy a new bicycle.
