You can pick up your order in our stores and save on shipping. You just have to check this option when indicating the type of delivery of your order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation via email. Likewise, we will send you an email when your order is already at the collection point you selected, so that you can pick it up. Remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Remember that you must indicate your Order number when collecting it, otherwise they will not be able to deliver it to you and provide documentation to identify you.

Under no circumstances will any of these products be delivered to carriers or transport companies.

You can request delivery of the items to another address and to another natural person other than the one signing the order, as long as the delivery address is located in Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.

In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate that you indicate an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

ESCAPA makes its shipments through courier companies (normally SEUR).

Escapa tries to have adequate stock of all the products offered with the aim of making deliveries in less than 5 business days, but on certain occasions due to failures in the supply chain (manufacturers, distributors, logistics operators), it is not possible to meet that deadline. .

The estimated delivery time is detailed for each product (the days are always business days, not counting weekends, holidays or long weekends). For shipments to the Balearic Islands, 2 business days must be added to the indicated period.

If, once the purchase has been made, one of the purchased products cannot meet the delivery deadline, ESCAPA undertakes to inform you and propose an alternative to the purchased product.

If you are not satisfied with the new deadline and/or the alternative, we will cancel the order and if you have made the payment, we will refund it.

Under no circumstances will ESCAPA be responsible for possible delays in delivery by the transport agency.

If for any reason we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content thereon. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, in our sole discretion.
