Shipping destinations

You can pick up your order in our stores and save on shipping. You just have to check this option when indicating the type of delivery of your order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation via email. Likewise, we will send you an email when your order is already at the collection point you selected, so that you can pick it up. Remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Remember that you must indicate your Order number when collecting it, otherwise they will not be able to deliver it to you and provide documentation to identify you.

Delivery conditions

ESCAPA undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you include in the order form as long as the brand's commercial policy allows their shipping and delivery.

It is the client's responsibility to check the packaging upon receipt and, in the event of damage or anomaly, to notify the agency's carrier so that it is recorded.

ESCAPA makes its shipments through courier companies (normally SEUR).

The estimated delivery time is detailed for each product (the days are always business days, not counting weekends, holidays or long weekends). For shipments to the Balearic Islands, 2 business days must be added to the indicated period.

If, once the purchase has been made, one of the purchased products cannot meet the delivery deadline, ESCAPA undertakes to inform you and propose an alternative to the purchased product.

If you are not satisfied with the new deadline and/or the alternative, we will cancel the order and if you have made the payment, we will refund it.

Under no circumstances will ESCAPA be responsible for possible delays in delivery by the transport agency.

If for any reason we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
